In the preclinical comparison, [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T and [225Ac]Ac-PSMA-I&T showed similar overall biodistribution, but [225Ac]Ac-PSMAI&T showed higher early renal uptake, slower tumour clearance and distinct sub-organ uptake. These differences may partly reflect recoil daughter effects, and direct [225Ac] Ac-PSMA-I&T µSPECT imaging may therefore complement [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T data for pharmacokinetics assessment."
