Prospective multicentre real-world outcomes of [¹⁷⁷Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T in mCRPC: results from a Swiss registry (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #OP-520; Pres time: Oct 19, 2026; 04:45 PM - 06:15 PM; Location: Hall G1; P | "Median follow-up was 12 months (IQR 6.5-20) Disease burden was high (bone metastases 95%, lymph nodes 73%, visceral 27%; Gleason ≥8 in 72%) and patients were heavily pretreated (ARPi 93%, chemotherapy 74%, radium-223 in 11%). In this large prospective real-world cohort, [¹⁷⁷Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T demonstrates robust antitumour activity with a favourable safety profile, despite advanced disease and heavy pretreatment. These findings provide the strongest prospective implementation-level evidence to date for [¹⁷⁷Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T and support its role as a clinically effective alternative to [¹⁷⁷Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 in routine care."
