Successful Transplant-Sparing Management of EBF1: PDGFRB-Positive Ph-like Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Using Imatinib and CD19 CAR-T Therapy with Prolonged TKI Maintenance (ICBMT 2026) - Oct 8, 2026 - Abstract #OP01-6; Pres time: Sep 17, 2026; 09:50 AM - 10:00 AM; Location: Room A(1F); "Autologous T cells had been collected in advance, and CD19 CAR-T therapy (tisagenlecleucel) was administered after lymphodepleting chemotherapy. This case illustrates a potential transplant-sparing strategy for EBF1::PDGFRB-positive Ph-like ALL by combining targeted TKI therapy with CD19 CAR-T therapy. While HSCT is generally considered for such high-risk patients, durable remission has thus far been maintained without transplantation. Furthermore, prolonged TKI administration together with proactive management of persistent B-cell aplasia and hypogammaglobulinemia enabled favorable long-term disease control."
