First in-human dosimetry of [ 177 Lu]Lu-OncoACP3-DOTA and [ 177 Lu]Lu-RYZACP3-DOTA Radiopharmaceutical Therapy of Advanced Prostate Cancer (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #OP-794; Pres time: Oct 21, 2026; 08:00 AM - 09:30 AM; Location: Hall B; "The retrospective dosimetry analysis of patients treated with [177Lu]Lu-OncoACP3-DOTA and [177Lu]Lu-RYZACP3-DOTA showed favorable absorbed dose results that were comparable or below known values for normal organs at risk for [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617. Lesion absorbed doses were high across treatment cycles and even higher for the improved molecule indicating a potential for significant therapeutic effect. Prospective clinical trials including dosimetry are warranted to demonstrate safety and efficacy and to investigate the absorbed dose-effect relationships."
