(PubMed, Luminescence) - Oct 14, 2026 - "The second method exploited synchronous spectrofluorimetry (Δλ = 160 nm) to resolve overlapping fluorescence signals, enabling separation-free quantification of capmatinib and curcumin across concentration ranges of 20.0-700.0 and 10.0-250.0 ng/mL, respectively. Both methods demonstrated excellent selectivity, accuracy, and precision according to ICH guidelines and were successfully applied to spiked human plasma samples."
