Organs-at-risk (OaR) Dosimetry over the course of Radioligand therapy with 177 Lu-PSMA-617 in patients with mCRPC: a single-centre experience (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-1035; "Correlation of OaR ADs with functional status of kidneys and salivary-glands during the treatment course supports safety of 177Lu-PSMA-617 on a real-world cohort of patients. eGFR stability during treatment even in patients with baseline renal impairment and low incidence of xerostomia sustain the use of specific support therapy during administration. Prolonging dosimetric evaluation across treatment cycles in our cohort will provide further data to evaluate AD to OaR and estimate a potential threshold related to renal or salivary glands toxicity."
