Open-Source and Spreadsheet-Based Dosimetry as Alternatives to Commercial Software in Lutetium177 Radioligand Therapy (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-1025; "Aim/Introduction: To compare different methodologies for performing patient dosimetry in treatments with Lutetium-177 dotatate (Lu-177-DOTATATE) and Lutetium-177 vipivotide tetraxetan (Lu-177-PSMA). Dosimetric values obtained with 3DSlicer and spreadsheet-based calculations were generally comparable to those derived from MIM software. Observed differences in MTP analyses are mainly attributable to variations in curve-fitting methods used for time-activity modeling. For single-time-point dosimetry in the first cycle, the Madsen approach provided better agreement with MTP-based reference values compared with the Hänscheid method."
