A model-informed precision dosing Bayesian dashboard for biologic therapies in psoriasis: Development, validation and clinical translation (ESDR 2026) - Sep 9, 2026 - Abstract #509; Pres time: Sep 11, 2026; 04:45 PM - 05:45 PM; Location: Forum 1; "Published population PK/PD models for risankizumab, adalimumab, and ustekinumab were externally validated using UK real-world data and integrated into an R-Shiny dashboard, which used Bayesian forecasting, serum drug levels, and patient covariates to recommend doses. In silico, the dashboard recommended longer adalimumab intervals for 96% patients (n=73, 66% male; median weight 84kg; median PASI 0.8) than routine-care TDM (mean 5 vs 2 weeks; range 1-10 vs 1-4). Our end-to-end MIPD translational framework is scalable across drugs and dermatology, paving the way for precision dosing in routine care."
