Augmented Reduced-Intensity Regimen with Cyclophosphamide in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Patients (ICBMT 2025) - Sep 15, 2025 - Abstract #PP02-05; "All patients received a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen consisting of fludarabine (30 mg/m²/day for 5 days), busulfan (3.2 mg/kg/day for 2 days), and cyclophosphamide (60 mg/kg for 1 day), followed by infusion of hematopoietic stem cells. Augmented cyclophosphamide in a RIC regimen was well tolerated and associated with rapid engraftment. GVHD rates were higher than in earlier reports. Patients treated in 2020–2024 showed significantly improved OS and a trend toward better DFS."
