Beyond Deauville: Quantitative PET Delta Parameters Outperform Categorical Interim Response in Predicting Progression-Free Survival in DLBCL (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0542; "Materials and Seventy-three patients with DLBCL who underwent baseline and interim (after 3-4 cycles of standard rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicine, vincristine, prednisone protocol) F-18 FDG PET/CT were retrospectively analysed. Categorical interim PET response failed to predict survival in this DLBCL cohort, whereas the magnitude of metabolic change provided significant independent prognostic information for PFS. Baseline spatial tumour burden and quantitative delta parameters together constitute a more informative prognostic framework than Deauville classification alone."
